I listen to the podcast every day and I have read all of the BiggerPockets and I also bought a duplex that I am house hacking as my first house (it’s not a very good deal because I realized after that I bought with emotion mostly) but I was just like some advice on how to start my foundation so that I can start my farm area and start to analyzingFirst start with understanding what makes a good deal for you and figure out why your current home wasn't a good deal.
