Both those first two answers are spot on.

Tenants don't like to jockey for parking or have strangers parking in front of their home.There are always people wanting to move out of apartment complexes and if you are on the street that they travel they will spot your SFH offering.

( new pets are not peeing in the spots where the last animals did)I meet the seller at the property Saturday morning to go over everything.If buying at the right price anything can be a good deal!

If you see parts that concern you, like dirty spots leaning towards might be mold soon, you can try to tackle it by scrubbing with a bleach/water mix.

Since this is a crawl space house, there is obviously at least one access point where they can get in...likely the one designed for a human to use.
