That's something brand new real estate agents think they can do.

We feel that we have been given a great opportunity to get started investing in real estate with this chunk of money, but what other options, if any, can we explore so we don't need to sell our brand new home (which took 15months to build!). 

Again, I don't know if this theory holds water or not, but it's all I could come up with.Also, the unit I got under contract was a FSBO and was not on MLS, so it seems to me that the brand new out-of-town buyer of the majority of the complex might not have had visibility to this unit being available for sale...maybe. 

We have fixed multiple areas of the house including electrical, plumbing, added washers and dryers, added solar powered security lights, built an office, built a patio which increased the value of the house.

Brand new garage door opener systems range from $120 to $1100 depending on the bells and whistles that come with them, and they support a huge variety of garage door designs. 

Also, buy used : )   Even a few years old w/low mileage is always better than brand new.

I had been worried about overbuilding there, since I bought mine brand new and they kept going up.

IE affordable.. after our 30 minutes discussion and we both go through google st. view the light bulb went off. now personal inspection he would not have wasted one minute on that house..
