I am in North Georgia I am a hour north of ATL and hour south of Chatt.sitting right in the best locations for the investment world I look at every house for sale or foreclosed on in the local area.I work for a investor also I do rehab work and a liitle investing for myself.The REIA groups are the best info and deal swaps in the area.

I look at message boards and attend a REIG meeting and I see these newbie all the time and I hear a few things constantly 1. a newbie asking WHAT IF question on EVERYTHING they seem to have read in the books, the most annoying are the what if’s and have you questions like what if this breaks or have you found more lead in the MLS or in the paper?

I was reading an older book (2000) by Dallow where he states that in foreclosure auctions in NY, the buyer has to pay the homeowner $10,000.
