The area I'm building in is a 15-25 minute walk, 7-15 minute bike ride, and a 6-10 minute car ride to all the hospitals, universities and two new office/lab/biotech high rises going up in the area.

That ain’t the job for you… I can’t stress this enough picking a job is like walking through a candy store, a lot of them seem good till you break them down by pay/demand/desire and look at them, don’t get distracted by something shiny.

Literally, the builder build "luxury" garages for people to store their toys (Think of townhouses, but 20x40 garages instead). 

So make sure you're not in an over-supply.2) They are sensistive to the economy, it's like Vegas, economy ticks up and people have an extra $2000 for a trip or to buy stuff to store.

It's a two story, 3bed/3bath that's within walking or biking distance from many restaurants and shops in Coral Gables.

Looking to remodel and rent the apartments, and renovate and either rent or start up a business (down the road) in the store front.
