I'd love some advice:- buy now or wait until prices/rates come down?

Reason I do not want to do a cash out refi on my primary is because my rate is locked at 2.7%.

At the loan company I plan on using, STRs have a higher interest rate because they are considered riskier.Just curious, with your STR properties is this the case?

That’s a great approach—sometimes slow and steady is the best way to go, especially when it comes to managing costs and avoiding unnecessary debt.

I am looking to pay off some of my other loans that are at higher interest rates so that way I can just have one payment instead of multiple.
