If one person has smoke in their unit and causes the alarm to go off, the alarm in all units go off, and the fire department is automatically notified and is required to show up (is what I'm told by the FD and PD).

You will never see 2.1% again in your life so before you move you should do all of the renovations with the equity so it's fully updated when you decide to leave so it actually becomes a strong cash flow property and not one you leave with stuff to do and it all comes up at once.

Just gotta be real with them :D Let them know you will try your best to have seller cover all of some of the closing costs.Can also always offer above asking price and ask for the difference as seller credits
