I am a pretty big video game geek that works remotely for an indie game publisher called Raw Fury that is based in Stockholm, doing global marketing and brand strategy.

I went to high school, got my diploma also a did running start and got my AA.Then, I went and pursued starting my Bachelors in Software development and gaming development.I am about 1/3 of the way through it right now and have about two more years left to finish it.

So I am new to the real estate investing game, and my journey started back in June.

I enjoy video games (Destiny, NBA 2K19, Fortnite), Movies, TV and hanging out with friends over a drink or a cigar.

I looked at the company's website, the CEO has a linked in page, they have video testimonials, ECT.

I'm playing the long game and not looking or needing to cash out any properties right now. 

Most of this is a numbers game and the boss has you doing the grunt work, maybe bring it up to him and see if he has experimented in the past with timing or if he hasn't suggest it now.

The east end seems to be rehabbing faster than the west end because that is where the activity is on Cherokee St.If this is your first property, you're going to have to learn tenant screening and be on your A game 100% of the time in this area.

My Lake house does better, but is seasonal (late spring to early fall) and Clemson home games and I am around 60% vacancy rate. 

I'd say play the long game.
