I travel for work and it's hard for me to go home that often just to go and drive to see the property, that is the main reason i need a good agent, she/he will practically be my eyes to let me know if it's even worth for me to flight home and take a look at the property, Don't get me wrong, I will be more than happy to fly and do whatever I need to do, but it has to be something that I know will work for for my goals.
