I think the comparison between having a bobcat or mountain lion is the same as having a pit bull was a little overboard.

@Mike Williams Yes, I'm mostly referring to Bakersfield, although there are some small surrounding towns and some mountain areas that I've seen good rental profits with. 

It does not look like its on the table for the government to get rid of the program and if so I read they would keep the program for all current participants.
