By the book I think you still need it with updated owner info but I’d check with the city. 

Have older units and some houses looking to update.

My office has the Fannie Mae and VA foreclosure accounts so I regularly deal with flippable homes. 

All units need updating and empty right now my question is what now?

He doesn't update me once every 2 to 4 weeks, and getting him to respond is difficult.

Now when I emailed that we accept this offer, they are delaying with sending updated contract.
