If they refuse, that is a red flag(speaking from experience).

The demographics of the past decade show that people are migrating to southern & western states  Maybe, but I think it hit rock bottom a few years ago.. 

Their job is to minimize their risk so every red flag goes up as you are working two deals at once on where your risk mitigation lies, with them or the other lender to the other property. 

But someone repairing the basement there said it is not mold but Asbestos which seems to be more dangerous staff.Should Asbestos only grow naturally out of rocks but not wood?

The thrice resurfaced 1960's solid cast iron tub was peeling AGAIN & the old small black & red tile & shower/tub fixtures etc were an antique corroded leaking mess. 

Unfortunately he's sidetracked hanging out backstage with bands at several large rock festivals most of this summer.

We don't hold a lot in the way of rentals with Castle Rock, so it is not a strategy that I use, but amortizing out your properties to coincide with Lily's HS graduation and then use the properties to pay for college is a sound strategy.
