I would have interest in investing also if there were clear codes permitting.  

I think it can be a bit difficult to navigate at times, but you can get a good snapshot of an area per area codes, county, city/ town, etc.I prefer and use Reonomy.

I would love to take advantage of the lower interest rates, but it seems they don’t apply for investors, or I haven’t cracked the code yet.

Hi BP Community,I would like to upgrade my Air BnB locks to WiFi Smart Locks where I can remotely change the codes for the guests.

It might help to think of a few different categories:legal/land: encroachments, zoning issues, codes, neighborhoodphysical plant: wiring, roofs, HVAC systems, septic, gutters, deferred maintenance, lead, foundationsfinancials: tax changes, assessments, insurabilitytenants: arrears, deposits, ongoing disputesMy votes for most overlooked?

We would have loved to do everything all at once but the city is requiring us to provide the garages for the two primary's first in order to satisfy that code. 

One interesting thing I have noticed is the tenants we have gotten for these buildings are not the typical zip code median incomes.

Which area or zip codes I should be looking at in Jacksonville and which area should i stay away from?

Our cleaner code is only activated during vacancy, so only the guest has a code during their stay.We also use Nest thermostat.
