In my fist two years with the fund I not only worked with national brands and improved relations I oversaw a Days Sales Outstanding reduction of 25%.I know I'm coming back swinging but I can't tell you how tired I get of responses that I see on posts from people that seem to just be waiting to bounce on people and then proceed to draw conclusions to fit the narrative that they want to write, and think that by using smiley faces it gives them a pass to be dis respectful.

The State and National test are challenging.

They could more accurately give you a ball park as every investor has their own idea of what a rehab should cost.  

You may as well park your money in a mutual fund.      

Do you need a place to park a car?

@Jim Biggs I have a great guy that is out of Evergreen Park.  

It could be an LLC, trusts, S-Corp or other.As for the extra land and RV park plans, be sure to do tons of due diligence with the local permitting authorities to make sure you can do this and what the rules are.  

If in a park, make sure an investor can work in there.

I have found that resources will not help much with MH in parks (or land you dont own).
