The risks of cats getting into cut open wall spaces, getting injured from power tools, stepping on nails, screws, saw blades, drill bits, or even worse, swallowing these, or run outside while doors are opened dozens of times a day by different people is too much added stress.

So if you can nail that down, you're golden!

I think we nailed down our focus are to Norwalk, which would be about a 30 minute commute for the both of us.

We do understand the importance of nailing down our niche so I think our immediate game plan is going to be focus on Buy and Hold however if the 1% rule doesn't necessarily apply to the Buy and Hold properties we're analyzing, we make look at it as a potential BRRRR opportunity.
