All together, its a little over 3 acres and we hope to build a mixed-use project with ground-floor retail and 3 - 4 stories of housing above. 2 of the property owners operate two separate restaurants on their lots and want me to tear down their old buildings and build them brand new restaurants as part of the development.

Many of the bars/restaurants are on W Beech St with some of the hottest multi-families on the state named streets that run perpendicular.Hope this helps some.

The only thing that sucks about NWI is the lack of good restaurants but I'll grab lunch at one with you if you're in the area. 

There's an entire corner of these converted to restaurant and retail space near Freemont St. in Vegas.  

They like to live near their jobs and the night life, restaurants and shopping.  

The Mexican Foreign Ministry issues a permit to a Mexican Bank, allowing the bank to act as the purchaser for the property on behalf of the beneficiary.

I have a lender that will go as low as 1.5% over 3 mo LIBOR on multifamily, office, retail, self-storage, hotels, land with a plan, restaurants, car washes, and single tenant deals over $3MM.  

It's a corporate well known restaurant.
