Morning everyone,Wasnt sure what category this fits in so ill ask it here.I am trying to figure out the best route to go to get money for my first fix and flip.

I hail from an earlier generation and though I've been using the functionality of the Internet and mobile data communications longer than most, it took me a while to adapt to how much the current generation relies on SMS messaging (aka texting) and just how ill at ease many of them seem in face-to-face conversation.

I think ill cash in on some favors and have a couple buddies help me.

Job change, job loss, family situations, deaths, separation, illness.

ive looked a little in that area but not studied that market enough, ill defiantly look more in that area!

Anyone can get hit by a truck or go to jail or die of a heart attack and fail to hold up their end of the lease. should we terminate leases with people who are ill because they might die?

I am happy to make an offer of the last listing price.Options I have considered are as follows, and I would appreciate any feedback (even telling me I am foolish, ill-informed, etc.) and/or new suggestions:- Sending a kind card with a plea for the seller to consider selling to me yielded no responses.- Paying the delinquent property taxes, which I believe would give me a tax lien on the property.
