Sounds like he is not in a better financial position than you. 

Hey guys, I am starting to realize that as comfortable as I am financially with renting month-to-month a nice apartmentI truly may be wasting an opportunity to financially growfurther.With that being said, someone who is of age 22.

With equity investors, its a bit different as those are longer term relationships that I want to foster...so again I yield to their desires (within reason)...even in cases where the smart financial move (for that deal) would be to buy them out as early as is feasible....I will let them play longer (and make more money) and then buy them out when I know I have the next deal on deck. 

Personally I think he should wait for better applicants, but who knows what his financial position is.

This is the path to financial freedom.

Hey @Paul leason my goal with this is to obtain financial freedom and security.

I would have bought assets instead of a mountain of liabilities and got my financial education right instead of what my broke parents taught me about money .

Hey everyone, Brand new to BP but have been studying real estate for a while and am finally financially ready to make a move. 

We're buy and hold investors and will purchase in any market if the deal is financially sound, the rehab isn't too extensive, and the cash flow is immediate and significant. 

There's a moratorium on building multi family in my town that was instituted to stop an enormous multi family development.
