The key is getting the education, studying it and eventually learning through experience. 

We talk about exactly how the numbers work and are looking to put together some deals for the group so that people that can't go "all-in" on a property can partner up with others with more experience and grow together. 

Because this is a new strategy for them, it likely means they have fewer options for construction loans due to lack of experience.
