@Travis Zuehls Just so you know, those BS "business credit lines with 0% for 12-18 mo.s" you see hawked by people on here are not cash credit lines....they are trade line type credit at places like home depot, office depot, etc, etc....pure crap, and they want to charge you (5 or so for the "credit lines" they "get for you".

This will now allow current owners to actually make improvements to their coach houses legally...Additionally, the ADU is going to allow for legal Garden Units, Attic Units, and even attached rear units, so there are many different opportunities that could be pursued for owners, above and beyond building a new-construction coach house.

This seems insane to me as when I do product lists from home depot or lowes I can barely get over 10k for the total cost of supplies.
