Ive been a fan of Bigger Pockets for some time now and was wanting some advice on how to find a private investor.

I’m already working the buy, live in, rent strategy but plan on selling the house I’m in now. 

We're launching a movement, democratizing education, and making local real estate development resources accessible in order to turbocharge local builders.

We know we can buy rental properties out-of-state but do not want to do that as of right now. 

This seller has many more properties to sell off in time and would like to keep the relationship going but once I tell perspective investors that they cannot access the properties they lose interest. 

Now let say I can negotiate half of the 3M and seller finance the rest at 10 years.

Just curious why this had popped up so often now.

It sounds like you have the cash somewhere it's just a matter of accessing it and what way is most beneficial to you to do that.

Any tips that anyone could give me would be great.
