It just suddenly dawned upon me that I hadn't quite taken the opportunity to look back on 2019 as a whole and simply digest everything that happened - definitely a B-LU-RRRR (see what I did there).For the majority of the year my "day job" encompassed managing a 15 agent brokerage focused mainly on assisting others with buying and selling their primary residence, before eventually switching brokerages and starting a new team at my current brokerage.

John purchased this property for $250,000David makes a contribution of $500,000 Cash into ABC, LLC.John or the LLC does not need to report a $250,000 gain as a result of contributing this real estate into ABC, LLC.Regarding the question of how I would know the cost, there is documentation tracking everything nowadays.LLC's are denominated in shares/units.There is likely a legal document saying Person A sells 100% of the shares/units of an LLC to Person B.

I can see this for higher end A B type tenants.. were rent is 2500 or more a month.. first last is 5k and then you need 2500 security deposit so 7500.00 to rent.. which is very common in our market..
