I don't plan on making money, but to be able to take out what I put in with instant equity seems like a win win.

I have 6-8 people on any given weekend making offers in OR, WA, CA, AZ, ID, and TN, and many times only 1, 2 or none of the offers are winning right now since there is so much demand and prices being bid up. 

I don't have any suggestions for FL lenders, but I have a few foreign national clients and getting an American Express card on the strength of their international bank credit has gone a long way towards making the process easier for them working with US lenders.

I'm a local Jackson Investor, I could probably help you guys come up with a win-win for everyone.

For your own safety, you want to find a good investor-friendly agent and buy on-market, do full inspections, and feel fully confident on your first deal, even if it takes a while to win.

Hi, STR fellowsSo, I have a quick question: Sometimes, when guests request money or hosts need to send money to guests, we were given the option to pay guests via Credit Card, PayPal, etc..

The police asked if there was any security camera recordings, but when I contacted the management company, they said that there were not recordings because the memory cards had been removed from the cameras.  

I thought it would be like a credit card process, it sounds very much like a regular refi.
