Be persistent.

If a rental/lease contract is a legally binding document...enforced by collecting rent...or enforced by an eviction process if rent is not paid....then can there not be a document (legally binding) for a tenant to sign that would relinquish their rights as a squatter or due process of eviction...

We will be investing through a US corporation and all partners (and there are many) are foreign nationals so we cannot give any personal guarantee or collateral.

The sellers agent said "Any encumbrance on the title at this point is the sellers business and will be handled buy us prior to closing.

I am supposed to enter the agreement with an LLC and I am wondering if I would be able to re-purpose an LLC that we set up in Ohio earlier this year but never did anything with.
