I think it updates the sponsors to whoever is current?

My partner actually just gave me an update about it and apparently the occupant believes we are falsely claiming ownership.

Be careful about crazy upgrades you'll never use but definitely look into valuable updates like online payments or online application and screening.I've only tried TenantCloud and thought it was very easy to set up and use.

I’ve done it for a few of my refis where they pull comps where the updates aren’t verifiable, therefore, partially inaccurate etc. etc. 

Update, on the 48 Laws of PowerSo I am on the 24th of the 48 Laws of Power, and it indicates everything I'm not. 

The home is not what you would look at and think 'updated' or remodeled, has half bath less and 100 sq ft less than mine. 1 long street over from me a different house is under contract for over asking price as well, not sure by how much.

I include that same request in my lease renewal so they can update it each year.
