You may want to consider working with your tax strategist remotely to expand your options.I would also recommend looking for a tax strategist who is willing to work with you throughout the year, not just when preparing your tax return.

I was recently advised that BRRR is probably not a food fit for me and flipping could work better.Any thoughts on that?

You could hire a PM that will cost about 30% of gross income.Also there are people that thought it would be great to get into a STR and found out it is very competitive in many markets and they were having to make up the mortgage payments. 

Hello to all my beautiful people , a thought came to my head and I wanted to ask you all.

I had a meeting with an agent/investor I’ve known from my kids school and he had an interesting proposal but I wanted to see what others thought.

I may also consider it for short-term rentals provided it its easier to manage, I live about a 3-hour drive from the property.What are your thoughts/opinions?
