Why can't the buyer use regular financing?

Does anyone know where I can find regular updates on the Freddie Mac Small Balance Loan interest rates? 

I guess I got screwed on with these fees, but hey lesson learned.I guess one of the things I was looking for is to have quick cash and also finance the rehab cost, which normally I wouldn't get with a regular mortgage. 

I receive monthly payments from a personal injury settlement, but because this does not count as income, I don’t believe I can get approved for a regular home loan program even though I have an excellent credit score and some cash for a down payment.

It works like that with most brokerages, they just may want you to get a cert in commercial since most "regular" agents bone it up pretty good.

I was told to send each warning twice, one regular and another express and keep the receipts.

Supply has caused prices to sky rocket in my area. 

It's not clear to me based on the description if this is a water supply issue or a sewer main issue.
