2) Where's the best place to find info. on legal structure and when to form an LLC VS continuing to put properties in your own name?

After all expenses, the profit will go to the corporation and will be taxed at 25% to 30%Profits will be double taxed, as when you get money from Corporation you have to pay tax on i at your tax rate.Any advise on how to structure a flip with one or two partners would be helpfulThank You 

Hey Everyone, During our due diligence period, we found that we will most likely need to bring up an older building to code in order to build out an existing structure to multifamily in Tampa, FL.

Might do something like get structural engineer to deem the house uninhabitable and a safety issue and recommend demo. 

They are wanting to take their name off the mortgage so that they can be approved for another property if the chance comes to them, however, I wanted to know if there was a certain way I could structure a deal between them and myself taking the responsibility of the mortgage and purchasing the property in a land trust to avoid the tax increase?

We are still very new to the game, what are the things to look out for when structuring the loan?
