A gas card from your favorite filling station is usually a good place to start.  

If you get it for 500k i don't think it will be that great a deal if you look at recently sold houses in brooklyn and you don't mind doing a renovation you could find something closer to a train station maybe even in bed study or crown heights...

One property is walking distance (15min.) to metro station and shopping center but has average schools (Elementary rating: 6, Middle: 9, High: 7).  

If you're looking for long-term buy and hold, I would also suggest College Station, Commerce and Denton, with particular emphasis on College Station.

literally no one does those and you will get a bunch of great leads.when i was doing timber and there is nothing more NICHE than that I would run radio adds on christian station quite effective..

I actually planned to do that at our next duty station.

I have had options that didn't have a price, not in real estate but buying and selling radio stations.
