I've developed my own system, that involves the following:1 - The 3 Pillars (mine) of REI...Market Analysis, How Money Works, and Developing a REI Plan...and how all three are equally important, and must work as one.2 - My REcapS System (a system within a system) that is a 3 Level circular (perfect) system where Level 1 feeds Level 2, which feeds Level 3, which comes back and feeds Level 1 again (thus the circle, or perfect system). 

I am a graduate of Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology as a Computer Engineer working from home as a NoSQL database developer although most of my career has been spent as an automation and systems engineer.I am a new player in the real estate game having started the marathon just 2 years ago when I attended a Guru real estate seminar.

For example, if you bought land and developed a home on it, Zillow will get confused for a while because they knew the land but were not aware of your new home.

I made an offer, but since they are developers I doubt they will take.

I would like to know what self storage software is recommended and any other general advice starting out in this new venture.  

I'm wondering what property management softwares people are using, what they like about the software and what they wish it could do better?

He told me the developer never funded anything to start the hoa like he was supposed to so they were playing catch up.Yet another reason why I'm hoping my offer of 2k or 3k will be enticing enough to just let them stay out til the end of this lease.

I have concerns that I will be tying my hands a bit if I eventually want to sell / develop the two lots together or if I want to hold for a bit and draw lines of credit against the lots.Thanks,Juan Monge
