I did a walk through the day after recieveing the letter and   Notice a musty mold smell, rust & soap scum in both showers, a few scuff marks on the walls, dirty kids hand prints on the lower corner  end of one wall, broken towel bar, one broken blind and fleas.

We did, however, know our FICO scores in advance and let one lender do a soft pull to confirm what we already knew.Next agent who asks you that, if you choose to continue talking to them (I wouldn't) you can turn it around on them as ask who their preferred lenders are and let hem know that you're happy to consider their recommendations.Check the agents listed here on BP and see if anyone works in your area.

I am based in Ireland and the vast majority of reference checking is done by the rental agent through references they collect from the tenant by paper copy or soft copy and then verified by the agent / landlord.Looking forward to engaging with you guys.

There should be a specific day of the week/month that refer is cleaned out of "forgotten" items.Your Rules should include cleaning up before leaving the kitchen (washing dishes, utensils, pots, and cleaning prep and table areas used) as well as rinsing tub surround and hanging towels to dry in their own rooms.
