Without a credit score and job showing income I doubt it is possible to even get a loan.

Some tenants will pay because they'd rather not have to move when this is over, others will pay because they don't want a judgement to sully their credit score.

It wasn't so long ago that you could get even incredible deals in Spain as a result of the previous crisis.

Creditors for future credit applications (such as a mortgage, purchase or refinance) are, and will be, allowed to discriminate on that basis even if there is no FICO impact, just like "declared bankruptcy" or "did not pay court ordered child support" - they can hold those things against you even if you have an 850 FICO score. 

I have been educating myself by reading, watching podcast and you tube videos, I have improved my credit score and Personel finances with the education I have learned from Bigger Pockets or the leads from Bigger Pockets.

How will selling it affect my credit score? 

They're all asking me the same question: Will a mortgage forbearance either A) affect my credit score or B) impact my qualification for a loan in the future? 

Enough of them to prevent you from scoring the kind of deal you're looking for.
