How about Post Cards?

We had about $20k in cash, a $25k personal bank loan at 6.25% and planned to put anything additional on 0% interest for 12 months credit cards that we would pay back with the rental income after construction was completed.  

It seems like a great concept but I don't know anyone in the industry in my area and it seems like networking and building relationships prior to finding houses is something that should be done.Should I make business cards and talk to the folks on the courthouse steps before or after auctions?

We have formed an LLC, compiled a nice team of professionals, mapped out a strategy, got business cards and forms together, even joined a local REI club.

I doubt will see anything as bad as that again, but banking/lending is a wild card.

Edit:I have 1 gas card with a $400 limitI have 1 CC with a $5,500 limit, its paid off every month, so I carry no debt with it.Besides that I have no car payments or other loans.
