I even liked ZohoCRM which was the least expensive, but still very robust.

Although I did not agree with many of his policies, we did have a robust economy for many years.

No one has as robust of MFD ( multi function display) as tesla.. its just wicked smart. 

It doesn't always pencil out for everyone financially, but the technology is very robust and reliable at this point. 

I've used it for two years and was able to extend my tenants lease for an additional year very easily.The only nick I would give it is that I don't think the tenant screening is very robust, but it is adequate.

The QB Online screen load times are faster, reporting is more robust, and there is much more freedom to customize reports (this is my biggest frustration with Xero).

I do believe that the hotel is positioned for success and if the numbers make sense in the renovations and a detail oriented marketing plan and some strategic partnerships could be achieved then I think the sky is the limit.
