If so, what's your experience been like?

I've previously posted on my RAL journey but I want to share my experiences and lessons learned.

I am a newbie, however, I've read and also attended multiple programs about BRRRR strategy.   

I read a great book "Foreclosures Unlocked" but more for the Massachusetts area.

If any experience realtors can assist me, by given me their opinion on what could possibly be the best choice, I would greatly appreciate it. 

Hi BB Forum,You may have read our first forum post a while ago about getting started and more entrenched in the industry on a full time basis in the following capacities: - Wholesale (Stage 1)- Fix/Flip (Stage 2)- BRRRR (Stage 2)- Buy/Hold (Stage 3)We are out of country investors looking at the best market to have longevity in and it's coming down to Pheonix, Houston or Dallas.

I've been listening to podcasts, reading blogs and books and trying to do more research. 

If you're going to use it for rehabs, read your loan agreement very carefully.

I probably should have all 3 above go ahead and fill out applications instead of just waiting the next day of so for the student's info to come.Thank you so very much for your thoughts and experience with this.
