If it is a C+ or approaching B class finding better quality tenants may be easier than falling back on S8.

Ask their previous customers if they were on time, easy to work with, and if they did a quality job. 

Definitely find some quality REIAs and attend if you can!

One might argue that the Fundrise investment has a better risk profile which is true from a number of assets standpoint, but not necessarily true from a quality of manager standpoint because as many have mentioned I have no idea who's running those deals. 

What qualities would you be looking for in the agent?

I can’t speak to PA laws, but it would be very difficult (as you are aware from personal experience) to ensure quality work on your property if they hire their own people.  

What's your experience with the typical fees for putting together a group, screening syndicators/deals, etc.?

Quality properties are selling within 24 hours of list with multiple offers routinely.   

I can't offer installation services but I can save you money on the design and provide you with the quality services you want with a quick turn around.I'm sure local landscape installation and maintenance companies would be happy to help with the installation.
