Save all the cashflow from the rental and within a year or so you will have enough to purchase another home with 20% down.

I've seen LTVs / loan to values go up to 75%-80% cash out and 80% for purchase.

@Rohan D.If you only have these K1 investments, both with losses, and no other real estate investments - the answer is probably no.
