They just get a new "poster boy" who's hot once the previous one has run its course.I think the previous "poster boy" was Robert Allen when his Nothing Down book was hot.I went to one of his hotel promotionals about a year or so ago just to satisfy my curiosity.Here's the formula:They get you to a free preview, or one that you pay maybe $100 to attend.Then, they upsell you to a 3-day program that's somewhere in the neighborhood of $600.There, they upsell you to something else that has tiers starting at about $5,000 and goes all the way up to $25,000.It's the same thing that's been around for years.I have run a successful wholesaling business for over 10 years.  

I cant answer that question without breaking BPs self promotion rules.

We are not allowed to self-promote here, however what better way of deciding on a mail house than reading others reviews?

You're promoting "farm the area you know best" and the actual City name doesn't matter :grin:

If you don't payback the entire balance by the time the promotional period is over, the balance bounces up to the regular interest rate. 

@James Wise is a master in self promotion and managing large volumes of properties.

What is your take on this type of promoting?

If anyone does post a response, it is usually a promotion for whatever particular service is being sold.I have heard that Linked In is great for recruiters seeking to fill executive job openings and people researching a particular business or industry.
