I am a passionate designer but my team was limited.

Hi there, I'm a new investor that has been a long time BP content digestor and ready to finally dive into my real estate passions part time.

So here's the plan in my head, get a sales job, get enough money to invest with hard money and get deals with my wholesaling and sales skills, and eventually quit my sales job to become a successful flipper and then eventually invest into other passions of mine. 

Take time to think through what you like to do and pick something that you can be passionate about.

Third of all, what a good question.I grew up in Oregon and hated the weather with a passion.

However, my decision to buy a franchise was primarily geared around the idea of recognizing my own strengths and/or passions.

My passion for real estate stems from my own journey as an investor, as well as from my desire to help others achieve financial security.

I'm very passionate about house hacking, and I think it is the best strategy for any investor just starting out from college since you have the flexibility.

Anyways, far out goal for me but I’d really like to get a property at some point whether it be one with many bedrooms or multi unit probably in the Bethel, Maine area that would provide a more affordable place for people like myself to stay that are passionate about skiing/boarding/mountain biking to stay that work regular jobs where either they have to work a ton of over time to afford a weekend away at the mountain and have no time to actually do it, or have the time but not the money.
