Marie Poe  I think there are a few practical considerations which will make the states job in aggressively prosecuting landlords that aren't on board with the section 8 agenda difficult to impossible to enforce.First, as I said, the government requires you to be qualified and certified to take section 8.

If I were the stockholder, I'd be telling that CEO to get off his personal agenda and go take the business transaction, I didn't hire them to have an easy job, to pass judgments on others who are qualified to conduct business with.

You might have a winner here but I am betting that you have missed something or have incorrect info from your ins agent (needs to know the property is a rental) / property tax numbers (look for state/county and CITY property taxes not just county taxes) / attend a HOA meeting meet the leadership and get a feel for their agenda IE New roofs Paving etc that will cause fee surges.
