Both are on opposite ends of the Air BnB spectrum but 35-45 min outside Anchorage. 

You won't find property managers who have been doing this for a long time for a lot of people without realizing that maintenance is its own things and has to be charged for outside the management fee.

This then limits all business activity(other than the initial investment) to be with outside of your own control (i.e. you have no direct control over the investment itself).

I am not opposed to investing outside of my market but for my first couple deals i will focus on my home market. 

This is a question I get often from investors who live outside of the Minneapolis/St.

With that being said, i think Rock Hill, Belmont, Concord/Kannapolis and really anything outside of Charlotte are good areas.

Outside of retirement accts?

@Brandon RiahiDon’t forget that getting investment in LLC is to protect you from two risks: inside and outside liability.Inside liability risk in syndication is usually non existent as in most of them you will be a limited partner or an LLC member.
