Not about the money, not about how the service is delivered, but the value.

We had an attorney on a project at work; a database was suppose to deliver data to another external database. 

The value lies in the work they do and how they deliver their service and cheaper never comes out better.  

I completely understand that a great company can handle everything and deliver a finished product within the insurance limits however there are many reasons why that can be negative for the investor.

I think the main thing is to have your mail delivered to the property and no one else living there if it's a SFR.
