I'm looking at the Seattle area (I live here) to make my first multi family ( 2/3/4plex) purchase.

I thought I knew something about rehabbing then I started rehabbing 100 year old multi family buildings with tons of deferred maintenance lol.

I have recently acquired some multi-units and SFHs in the past 4 months and I would like to do some renovations to the properties. 

Some even offer an associate degree in real estate.If it was me, I will get on YOUTUBE google PA realtor license see if you can absorb the materials for free.

The property is a multi family that has two chimneys one of which has not been used for at least 10 years.

I saw a sign advertising a couple of rentals and when I called to ask for information and if the property had pictures online they person responded that it was listed on realtor.com and that if I sent a pic of my license they would send me the address.???
