Hello @Vishal Amin,In my experience, properties where I have been pressured to skip the inspection almost always had serious problems.

Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.BTW, if you have natural gas and it's been turned off for a while (as determined by the local gas company), there will probably be a pressure test required to turn it back on.One other item - around the time I got our of real estate, NAR put a rule in place that said off-market (pocket) listings were no longer allowed, unless you have a specific written agreement with the seller.

If I were in your shoes, I would pressure the PM to offer the tenants a financial reward for vacating the property sooner.

Hard to even locate pressure treated lumber. 

Allow the other party to feel some pressure and build tension.

The advantage is that if the tenants who are gone care they can possibly put additional pressure on current tenant.

There was one well for 35 sites, 2-3 locations only to drill new wells, and a significant amount of money needed spent on putting up a building to house storage tanks so that the park would have water and pressure. compounding the problem was the well drilling company telling me that they'd drilled 2-3 wells years ago that came up empty.

I have seen them and other wholesalers take advantage of many new investors with high pressure sales.
