Bradenton is a very good area for flips and especially for rentals as it serves Sarasota and Tampa with medical sector workers, there is a very high wealthy retiree population in and around Sarasota, Ann-Maria and Venice and so the medical services industry here is very solid and Tropicana has it's HQ in Bradenton.Tampa is very hot at the moment for rentals and flips - lots of new investment and gentrification.Hope that helps a little..

Funny....wish I had said that.Since I didn't, and what I would do or anyone else would do should mean nothing to you since they are not you, here's what I would do.1 - Go out and buy an ABSOLUTE NNN medical building for $1M with at least a 9 CAP, and retire on the $900k/year income.2 ...or, if you'd be bored, still do the above, but invest some of that $900k in smaller ANNN's.3 ...or, if you'd still be bored (just adding to your income without any real added work), I'd still do #2, but I would take some of the money from #1 and start a new business.
