We’re only a couple months into our first house hack and it has made such a big difference financially.Point being, I don’t have a massive track record with towel longevity or issues but that was my two cents!

I've also found the egress window process to be pretty simple, and it added massive value to my homes- you certainly have the right idea!

Probably something to do with the massive profits done form such but point is, what's valuable has a value.

I have an iphone 13 and used the .5 zoom setting to take pictures, which made a massive difference as I was able to get the entirety of even small bathrooms in the frame)  I made sure to do a phone screen prior to any showings to ensure they met income requirements, credit check, and just get an initial feeling for why they were looking, how serious they were, and if they'd be respectful tenants.

Good income, no debt, cash on hand, but ultimately a massive noob (no offense Pedro) in this game.  

I am willing to do whatever I need to to bring massive value and to gain trust and credibility!

Spending a few hundred with a plumber to inspect the lines before purchase could have saved a massive headache or garnered at least a big reduction in price.   

. - I would absolutely make sure there is a massive lighting upgrade.
