Any real estate agents in the Mobile area free to meet up during the week of March 2nd-9th?

I close March 7 and am looking at 6 months for the rehab and then place it for rent.

We're closing on a 6-unit at the end of March for 150k, and it needs over 100k of work, but it's in a great area and will bring in 5500-5800/month in gross rents.

Fortunately, through banding together and forming a short term rental alliance, we were able to work with the city council to stop them from making all STR's illegal unless they were in your primary residence. 

In a different town but using the same realtor/PM we now also have a 24 unit under contract to close in March and last week signed a contract on 8 units in another town.   10% down for financing:Coming into this deal I had already purchased 7 single family rentals without Zane.

So ended that very fast and took my money to Vanguard and I manage it myself now.2018 came along, I found and joined BP in March and read Rich Dad Poor Dad.
