There's open lawsuits coming from my market here in Indy.

You should always do research to see if this is viable in your target market but generally this is less common as many people want private spaces instead of shared.

Danielle, in order to get reasonable insurance pricing, all of the standard market companies will require the fuses to be updated. 

The issue I have is that there are too many deals, these are mostly off market deals 50K-90K.
