DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

If you property manager still says No maybe because they dont’ actually know the process they are relying on another person in their team to help them out.

The completed form should be submitted to the IRS promptly, and before the actual closing date on the sale.

I actually did one such sale recently.
