Honestly, if I only had $50,000 today to work with, I'd be looking for a fix/flip opportunity to grow the funds more quickly to allow me to get into a larger commercial deal sooner than later.

Don't forget to loose sight of what you are actively doing and the task at home.

I fear that eventulaly the state will crack down and if that happens property values will plummet and all the growth this town has seen over the last 10 years will go away overnight.

@Kalen Jordan first one to me looks like a C neighborhood.Easiest way to tell is take the street the property is on, and look at the addresses on the task assessor website.

He’s excelling and growing in the school he’s in and would hate to interrupt that growth.

In less than 10 years there was not just full recovery, but growth above and beyond the previous highs.

I'm partial to Central Florida for its economic growth, higher elevation, and insulation from hurricanes relative to the rest of the state.
